About the Project

Located just south of Indian school on Girard Boulevard, Piatanzi was a cinder-block shell of a building. O’Connor Brothers were hired to install suspended ceilings, steel framing, drywall (hung and finished), and a decorative steel curtain between the kitchen and restaurant. On the exterior, we restored the building’s original “eyebrow” on the east face, and extended it around to the south face of the building. Additionally, we added steel railings, a steel planter, a steel menu holder, steel roof access ladder, among other features.
